STatewide Eviction Moratorium extended
SB 91 is the new California law that imposes a moratorium on evictions and collections related to COVID-19 rental debt and places many other regulations on residential landlords. Before midnight on February 28, 2021, landlords must serve tenants a copy of an informational notice if, as of February 1, the tenant has not paid one or more rental payments that became due between March 1, 2020, and February 1, 2021.
