Do I need a lawyer?

The answer is most likely “yes.” Bay Area landlord-tenant laws are extremely complex. If you forget to cross one “t” or dot one “i” it could lead to serious repercussions. For those reasons we recommend that anyone taking any level of legal action against a tenant hire an attorney before doing so.

Are your offices accessible by public transportation?

Yes, our Oakland office is a short walk from the 19th Street Oakland BART station and is located on the corner of Harrison and 19th Street. Our San Francisco office is directly across the street from the Montgomery BART and MUNI stations and is located on the corner of Market and New Montgomery.

Where is the best place to park near your offices?

Oakland: There is a parking garage under the 1901 Harrison Street building next to the Copymat on 19th Street. There is also a garage under the building next door to us on Harrison street at 1939 Harrison Street. Otherwise, there is street parking in the area at $2.00/hour.

San Francisco: The nearest parking garage is around the corner at 35 2nd Street. There is also street parking and many parking garages in the area.
