Mandana
PRACTICING SINCE 2009
Mandana Arjmand is an accomplished civil defense litigation attorney with over ten years of experience in trial advocacy in both New York and California. Ms. Arjmand began her career in law in New York City, after graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Working primarily for defense law firms, Ms. Arjmand has defended hundreds of lawsuits involving landlord-tenant, construction, and breach of contract claims.
For the past five years, Ms. Arjmand has been exclusively defending property owners in lawsuits brought by tenants concerning habitability, wrongful eviction, harassment, and violations of local and state rent and eviction ordinances. Ms. Arjmand is well versed in both rent and eviction control laws throughout the Bay Area, and offers counsel to property owners interested in pursuing buyout agreements and evictions.
Ms. Arjmand was selected as a SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2020, a highly prestigious distinction given to less than 2% of all practicing attorneys in Northern California.
